Dear colleagues,

The INSARAG Secretariat is pleased to announce that the 2025 Team Leaders’ Meeting and Working Group Meetings will
be generously hosted by the Office National de la Protection Civile of
Tunisia and held in Tunis, Tunisia, from 9 to 14 February.

The 2025 INSARAG Team Leaders’ Meeting will be held from 12 to 14 February. Team Leaders’ Meeting are
open meetings in which Team Focal Points and Team Leaders discuss operational and technical matters and as such we invite all Team Leaders to join this important three days annual event.

As customary, in preparation for this event, the INSARAG Working groups’ members are invited to meet in the days
prior to the Team Leader Meeting, this from 9 to 11 February. Working Groups’ meetings are closed meetings upon invitation only and invitations will be shared by the Working Group co-chairs to concerned individuals.

The events will be held at the National School of Civil Protection in Tunis. The designated hotel for the guests is the Mouradi Gammarth Hotel, located in the northern suburbs of the capital. A detailed agenda as well as an administrative note will be provided at later stage along with a registration link. Please Save The Date considering the below dates:
