Interpreters

Session organizers are responsible to organize and pay for interpreters in their sessions.

In face-to-face and hybrid sessions, interpreters must be located in the translation booth in the meeting room

Planned interpretation has to be indicated in the session registration form (in the field "Requirements for face-to-face sessions") so that an adequate meeting room can be assigned

Translation service recommended by the CICG (at own cost for session organizers)
