Focal points and AOCC leads are requested to approve sessions submitted and exhibition stands of their network or partnership.

The following steps facilitate the process:

1. The network(2) for which a person is focal point are listed in the drop-down list in the form header. If the drop-down list is not shown, the persons has not been reported as network/partnership focal point or AOCC lead. Contact the event secretariat in case of questions.
   
   
   
   
2. Select a network in the list to display submitted sessions
   
   
   
   
3. For each session, select the appropriate action
   1. Approved
   2. To revise (include a comment to explain)
   3. Rejected (include a comment to explain)
      
      
4. Save your action
   
   
5. 
   
   
6. The results of the evaluation by the focal point are displayed. The evaluation can me modified any time later.
