Session outcomes

Session outcomes and recording links should be uploaded within four weeks after the event. This applies also for private sessions, in which case the summary should include only of interest for public participants. Privat participants should receive a detailed report directly from the session organizer.

As a good practice:

  1. Record the session using the recording feature of the remote platform
  2. Use the built-in transcript and AI meeting summary feature of your platform to create the summary report
  3. Upload the recording link and the meeting summary in the session registration for under left menu item "Session outcomes"
  4. Upload also the ppt presentations used at the meeting (left menu item attachments in the registration form)

Uploaded session outcomes will be accessible in the event program after completion of the session.

To upload outcomes:

  1. Login at https://www.hnpw.org and select “Session administration” in the top right page
  2. Select “EDIT” in the right column in the session overview
  3. Select (left) menu item “Session outcomes”
    1. Complete the fields "Summary", "Key achievements", "Key follow-up". A few bullets suffice.
    2. Insert the recording link
    3. Indicate the number of face-to-face and/or remote participants
    4. Upload the meeting report (if available)
    5. Save the form
