Session editors

Session editors can add additional persons to assist in updating the session (co-authors).


Co-authors must have an account for the HNPW portal (or Virtual OSOCC) before they can be assigned.


1. Login to the event portal and select "Session administration"

2. Select the edit icon in the right column of the session overview

3. Select "Session editors" from the left menu in the session registration form

4. Select "New editor"

5. Type the name of the person using the filter and click "Search"

6. The search returns all persons whose name begins with the name you typed

7. Select the desired person in the list

8. Scroll back up to the top of the list and assign the person as co-author.

9. You can assign any of the co-authors as "session owner" using the "face" icon next to their name

10. To remove a co-author, select the red cross next to their name.
