Session organizers (networks, partnerships, or AOCC leads) to invite their respective members and stakeholders to the meetings they organize at the event.

As required, nominal invitations and visa support letters are to be provided by organizing networks to allow face-to-face attendance. Nominal invitations may be required by some invitees to acquire approval by their organization to attend the event, visa-support letters are required by some participants to enter Switzerland.

As a good practice, visa support letters should only be provided to “known” invitees (e.g. board members, speakers). Kindly note that the organization providing the visa support letter may by held accountable in case of abuse.
