Innovation and sustainability are key to enhance humanitarian response. Participants will have the opportunity to understand the power of digitalization and artificial intelligence, as an advance technology for the humanitarian community. Based on a scenario of an emergency, government entities, NDMAs included, humanitarian community and the private sector will discuss the impact of the use of the Humanitarian Logistics Databank (IHC Dubai), STOCKHOLM (ESUPS) and ASYREC (UNCTAD). They will also appreciate the collaboration between multiple digital tools to facilitate and speed up the provision of humanitarian aid.

The interoperability between the existing tools, such as STOCKHOLM, Humanitarian Logistics Databank and ASYREC are key to the success of a humanitarian operations. Based on a scenario, participants will better understand how successful an operation is when these tools interoperate. |
