This session, led by the IASC MHPSS Reference Group, focuses on navigating the

emergencies within confines of restrained resources. We will delve into practical
considerations necessary to effectively prioritize and implement MHPSS programs in
various humanitarian contexts, particularly those facing severe resource constraints.
Experts will share country examples, showcasing adaptable, scalable methods, and
available resources to build back better and make a significant impact in challenging
environments. This session is for stakeholders across the humanitarian sector—policy
