Many humanitarian organisations have mountains to climb in finding and funding specialists in the field. Resources are more constrained than ever and technical expertise is scarce. Joint HR can help mitigate some of these challenges, but when is it most useful and how can it help? This session will explore examples of previous and ongoing joint HR initiatives, bringing together experts from the sector to discuss opportunities and barriers to joining HR to inspire attendees to start exploring this approach for environmental sustainability and beyond.
