The session will bring together speakers to talk about concrete approaches in fragile and conflict affected contexts highlighting how fragility challenges can be addressed for climate adaptation and resilience programmes. Some country case study will specifically look into ungoverned areas as well as politically estranged contexts, looking to provide a spectrum of practical examples. This will provide the insights and evidence for a reflective discussion focusing on how donors and multilateral stakeholders can mobilise resources for populations at risk of being left behind in FCAS.
