As humanitarian action retreats from resilience and disaster preparedness, communities are clear that they need more investment in the things that stop climate hazards from becoming climate disasters. What does that mean for the places we work? What do communities in climate-vulnerable settings need and prioritise, and what are the opportunities and challenges for unlocking that support?
