Humanitarian Networks and Partnerships Weeks
          More items

Humanitarian Networks and Partnerships Weeks (HNPW) will be returning next year from 22 February to 4 March 2027, maintaining the hybrid model that has become a hallmark of the event:

  • Virtual Week from 22-26 February 2027: A broad, accessible programme of online sessions to enable inclusive, global participation
  • In-Person Week at CICG Geneva from 2-4 March 2027: A diverse programme featuring interactive sessions, workshops, in‑depth discussions, networking opportunities, and hands‑on collaboration.

What is the Humanitarian Networks and Partnerships Week (HNPW)?

HNPW has grown into the world’s largest annual gathering dedicated to humanitarian networks and partnerships. It is one of the few practitioner driven events where the full spectrum of humanitarian actors, UN agencies, NGOs, the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, governments, academia, and private sector partners, come together with a shared purpose:

  • Exchange expertise across sectors
  • Share best practices from field operations and policy work
  • Co-create solutions to emerging and persistent humanitarian challenges
  • Strengthen coordination among global and local actors

This collaborative spirit reflects exactly what member states envisioned in 2015, when they recommended that annual network meetings be held in the same place and at the same time. That decision laid the groundwork for what HNPW has become today. In 2026, HNPW took place from 2 to 12 March, bringing together 7,500 participants across 300+ sessions, workshops, side events, and networking opportunities.
